Industrial Ceramic Plate
Industrial ceramic plates are different from traditional daily ceramic plates. They have high mechanical strength, thermal properties, electrical properties and special functional properties, high purity and specified formulas. They are also called Technical ceramic plates.
Commonly used materials for ceramic plates include alumina ceramics, Zirconia Ceramics, aluminum nitride ceramics, Silicon Nitride Ceramics and Boron Nitride Ceramics. They can be cast, dry pressed and isostatically pressed. With advanced manufacturing equipment and technology, we can produce customized industrial ceramic plates from small to large sizes, with thicknesses from 0.3mm to 30mm, and maximum diameters up to 500mm.
In order to meet certain specified functions and requirements, we usually need to further process the sintered boards, such as polishing, glazing, metallization and precision machining. All these secondary processing can be done in the factory, which is why it helps us control costs well and maintain quality consistency.
